Every brokerage starts on the 14-day trial — 25 units, the full product, no card. When the trial ends your data stays put and goes read-only until you subscribe; nothing is deleted.

Both tiers ship the full NYC compliance spine — RGB caps, HCR MCR, GCE coverage detection, IAI/MCI ceilings, append-only audit log — and the connected platform underneath: one building record that landlords, brokerages, and tenants all plug into. Compliance is the product, never a feature gate.

What happens when the trial ends?: Your data stays exactly where it is and the app goes read-only — you can still browse everything, but creating or editing is paused until you subscribe to Standard or Enterprise. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe and you’re writing again immediately.
Is $199 per user?: No — it’s flat, per brokerage. Unlimited agents, admins, photographers, and landlord-viewer seats are included. The price doesn’t move as your team grows or as you take on more landlords and units.
When do I need Enterprise?: When you’d rather we bring your existing portfolio over for you, or when you need a read-only API, SSO, your landlord portal on your own domain (yourbrokerage.com), or a named priority-support contact. Everything else in the product is already in Standard.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from settings — no annual contract, no salesperson on the line. You keep access through the period you paid for, then the account goes read-only.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: You get a full audit-log + leases CSV export at any time. The append-only history is yours; we never delete it during your active term and give you 30 days post-cancel to pull everything out.
